Ingredients
1 cup Bengal Gram 2 cups Sugar 1 cup Ghee 1/2 cup Water
Cooking Instructions
Mix the gram flour with a little ghee and keep it aside.
Heat the sugar in water till becomes a consistent mixture. Slowly add the flour and ghee mixture, stirring continuously. Make sure to remove any lumps and the mixture is consistent.
Heat the rest of the ghee and put the above mixture into hot ghee. Stir the mixture.
Cook till the mixture separates ghee then spread the mixture on a plate or aluminum foil that has been lightly greased (so that the mixture does not stick to it).
When it settles and becomes firm then cut it into small pieces.
