Ingredients
3 eggs 2 tablespoon butter 1 tablespoon finely diced onions or green onions 2 tablespoon chopped tomatoes
Cooking Instructions
Beat the eggs. In a sillet, heat butter. Add onions, saute until onions are tender. Add eggs. Cook until eggs are firm enough so that they can be flipped with a spatula. Flip over & cook 1 1/2-2 minutes. Fold in half. Place on plate. Can be served by itself or with ketchup.
