Indian leg-spinner Anil Kumble became the second only bowler in Test history after J.C. Laker (England) to take all ten wickets in an innings against Pakistan in the second Test in Delhi.

6/8/1998 | A Disaster Management Cell (DMC) under the direct command of the Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief, South Western Air Command, was set up at the Command Operations Room to liaise with the State Government and initiate necessary actions.
